PATH Workshop : PATH (Positive Action Toward Health) is a six week community workshop designedto benefit adults with chronic health conditions including: Arthritis, heart disease,diabetes, emphysema, asthma, bronchitis and depression.

- Pathways to Recovery Workshop : An innovative way to explore new ideas, possibilities for the recovery journey and to learn to develop a better understanding of themselves, and increase opportunities in leading a more meaningful and rewarding life.

- “Wellness and Work” Workshop : This workshop teaches participants a structured system that monitors, uncomfortable &distressing symptoms and helps someone reduce, modify or eliminate those symptoms,by using planned responses in preparation for a work environment.
